We’re based in the village of Standish, in Wigan. Specialising in Landlord Services, Roofline Maintenance, External Cleaning and Pest Control.

After spending much of my adult life in the military, my service has instilled values and standards that we believe set us apart from many other similar businesses.
We have built up a fantastic reputation in the local area.
This has resulted in receiving several awards with the Wigan Council Good Trader Scheme and featuring in articles in the Wigan Observer. We have helped to raise awareness and support for local charities and good causes. With all the work we take on the thing we focus on the most is that we are big enough to cope and remain small enough to care.
Andy and Megan have been working together for almost four years, resulting in an extremely close father-daughter team. Megan has developed a lot recently now she has qualified to do some of the pest control work, even handling a live Wasp nest removal on her own.
Our ties with the military stretch far and wide.
Therefore, we have access to a large network of tradesmen and women. We are happy to pass their details on, likewise, they pass our details to their customers. This extends to the use of local businesses that all share each others’ posts and blogs on social media. For instance, a recent job was shared on Facebook and re-shared by the company from whom the materials were purchased.
