SPMPC shall be liable for their workmanship and supplied material failure without prejudice, unless any item(s) from the following list are deemed to be the cause of said failure:
-Weather – when local warnings are issued by the Met Office
-Third-party interference – someone not instructed by SPMPC
-Job not completed to SPMPC recommendation
-Recommended / requested work not completed before / after SPMPC arrival

All works are to be carried out solely by SPMPC employees and paid for in full by the agreed date before any warranty is to be offered. Materials supplied by the customer will not be warrantied by SPMPC, this includes the taking down / removal / replacement of said materials.

Works may be subject to a minimum of £40.00 call-out charge.
